Refund policy

Within 30 days, non-defective products can be exchanged for products (dollar for dollar) or returned for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Defective products will be replaced. If it is requsted that a product needs to be evaluated, return instructions will be given. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
